Chanterelle Sauce vol. 2 / Kantarellsås vol. 2

Recipe / Recept 

Yellow & Brown Chanterelles / Gula kantareller & Trattkantareller 

1 cup of cream / 2.5 dl grädde

1/4 cup of milk / 0.5 dl mjölk 

1 tbsp of soy sauce / 1 msk soya 

1 tbsp of jelly / 1 msk gelé 

1 tbsp of bullion / 1 msk kalvfond 

Salt / Salt

Pepper / Peppar

1. Brown the chanterelles in butter until the liquid disappears. / Bryn kantarellerna i smör tills vätskan försvinner.

2. Add all other ingredients and bring to boil. / Lägg i alla andra ingredienser och låt koka upp.

3. Let simmer for about 5 min. / Låt puttra i ca 5 min.

4. Done! / Klart!
