Liten Choklad Chock – Small Chocolate Shocks

Dessa små bakelser är underbart söta och goda! Passar perfekt till fika eller efterätt med lättvispad grädde! / This small chocolate shocks are wonderfully sweet and tasty. Perfect as a coffee snack or for dessert with whipped cream!

Recept (10 små chocker) / Recipe (10 small shocks)

Kaka / Cake

100 g smör / 3.5 ounces of butter

2 ägg / 2 eggs

2.5 dl socker / 1 cup of sugar

1.5 dl mjöl / 0.6 cups of flour

4 msk kakao / 4 tablespoons of cacao powder 

1.5 tsk vaniljsocker / 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla sugar

1 krm salt / 1 pinch of salt

1 msk vatten / 1 tablespoon of water

Fudge / Fudge

1.5 dl grädde / 0.6 cups of cream 

1 dl socker / 0.4 cups of sugar

0.5 dl kakao / 0.2 cups of cacao powder

2 msk vaniljsocker / 2 tablespoons of sugar

50 g smör / 1.8 ounces of butter

1. Sätt ugnen på 150 grader. / Heat the oven to 300 Fahrenheit.

2. Smält smöret till kakan, blanda alla andra ingredienser till kakan och lägg i små pappers/ bull formar. Sätt in i ugnen tills kakorna precis stelnat på toppen. Dom ska vara kladdiga inuti. / Melt the butter for the cake, and mix all other cake ingredients. Put the mix into small paper thins. Bake in the oven until the cakes are firm on top, they should stay very soft on the inside.

3. Ta ut alla kakor. Koka upp alla ingredienser till fudgen och låt koka tills den tjocknat. Lägg på kakorna och låt svalna, sätt in i kylen./ Mix all the ingredients for the fudge. Let boil until thickened. Put the fudge on top of the caked and let cool. Refrigerate.

4. Klart! / Done!
