Smoothie Madness! Grape, Berries, Orange & Chia Smoothie – Vindruvs, Apelsin, Bär & Chia Smoothie

I hope you’re not tired of all my smoothie recipes yet?! Smoothies are such a good way of starting your day, and I believe you can never get too much inspiration when it comes to what flavors to combine! Maybe this can be your breakfast one day during the week?

Jag hoppas att du inte tröttnat på alla mina smoothie recept än?! Smoothies är ett sådant bra sätt att börja sin dag på, och jag tror inte man kan få för mycket inspiration när det kommer till vad för smaker man kan kombinera! Denna smoothie kanske kan vara din frukost någon dag under veckan?!

Recipe (2 servings) / Recept (2 portioner)

About 10 grapes / ca 10 vindruvor

about 1 cup of frozen mixed berries / ca 2.5 dl frusna, blandade bär

about 1.5 cups of orange juice / ca 3 dl apelsinjuice 

1 banana / 1 banan

2 tbsp of chia seeds / 2 msk chia frön

1. Mix everything together until smooth. / Blanda allt till smoothie konsistens.

2. Done! / Klart!
