Snack Hacks: Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Recipe / Recept 

2 red bell peppers / 2 paprikor 

olive oil / olivolja 

lemon juice / citronsaft 

salt / salt 

1.Preheat the oven 400 F. / Sätt ugnen på 225 grader.

2. Cut up the peppers and roast for about 20 min. / Skär upp paprikan och rosta i ca 20 min.

3. In a blender, mix together the pepper, 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt and juice from half a lemon. / I en mixer, mixa paprikorna tillsammans med 1 msk olivolja, salt, och citronsaft från en halv citron.

4. Done! / Klart!
