En tvist på vanlig lemonad, lägg till socker beroende på hur söt du vill ha den! / A twist on regular lemonade, add sugar as preferred!

Recept / Recipe

3 apelsiner / 3 oranges

1-3 msk socker / 1-3 tablespoons of sugar

1 dl vatten + 1 flaska bubbelvatten / 0.4 cups of water + 1 bottle of sparkling water

1. Riv skalet från två utav apelsinerna, pressa ur juicen ur alla tre. / Grade the peel from two of the oranges, squeeze the juice out from all three.

2. Koka upp alpelsinskal+ saft tillsammans med socker och vatten (1 msk socker gör den inte speciellt söt), låt svalna. / Put orange peel + juice, sugar and water in a pot and heat until boiling ( 1 tablespoon of sugar doesn’t make it that sweet), let cool)

3. Blanda bubbelvattnet och apelsinlagen. Tillsätt is. / Mix the sparkling water with the orange and sugar. Add ice.

4. Klart! / Done!
